Which is why at Key Lets NI we encourage you to let us take the strain. We'll start by visiting you in your home at a time to suit you when we will asses the likely open market value and advise how best to achieve it.
Once instructed to act on your behalf will arrange for a full colour brochure to be prepared, a for sale board to be erected, and advertising on the foremost property websites including our own. We will also instruct our own in-house energy assessor to prepare an Energy Performance Certificate where required.
When your sale is agreed we undertake to liaise between solicitors, purchaser, vendor and surveyors and to do everything we can to secure a successful completion to the sale with the minimal amount of disruption to yourself.
